Not unkillable, not counterattack team. In a non CA team Nethril for sure. In a CA team i would prefer FB over both Nethril and OB. Nethril puts more poisons. But he might put too many poisons, so you'll have to keep checking that attack down and decrease defense and weaken don't drop off.

And the rotation for fast me is 1st rotation on 1st turn then 2 rotation turn 5, slow me is 2 rotation on turn 3 . On nm so 1-double 3- double 5. Unm is 1-4-double 6.
