For "fast" expert missions (i.e. the Blue god missions) I'd switch to the dedicated emp. death beam super soul. My female saiyan isn't even optimized for blasts (105 points, 3rd height, max weight, 8 bars of ki) but when you combine the attack limit burst on top of the usual D. Headbutt+EDB combo I can get ~20 second clears on the Blue Vegeta mission. It's good for beginners and easy to get. As for the 6 star qq bangs they don't really matter because they're just a lot of effort for a little more damage.
